He is a MSc graduate since 1994 of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) of the Geotechnical Sciences School, Faculty of Agriculture with specialization in Food Science and Technology.
He also did a master’s in business administration with a specialization in economics (2000-2002).
He has worked in the food industry for many years and in various jobs, both at home and abroad. He had his first contact with the implementation of ISO 9000 standards since 1997.
He bears the mixture of his studies and long experience in the food industry, focused on food safety and quality.
