Motorsports

Motorsports are organized competitive disciplines involving the operation of motorized vehicles
in regulated racing or performance events, characterized by a combination of driver or rider
skill, advanced engineering, strategic decision-making, and strict adherence to rules and safety
standards. These events take place on closed circuits, public roads adapted for competition, or
off-road environments, and include categories such as automobile racing, motorcycle racing,
and off-road motorsport. Certifications are essential to the successful and responsible execution
of motorsport events, as they ensure that drivers, vehicles and venues meet established safety,
technical, and competency requirements. By reducing risk, ensuring fair competition, and
satisfying legal and insurance obligations, certifications uphold the integrity of the sport and
foster trust among participants, organizers, sponsors, and governing bodies.

The A CERT Motorsport Certification Initiative is a strategic project designed to expand A
CERT’s accredited certification services into the global motorsport ecosystem. The project
focuses on delivering sustainability, food safety, environmental management, quality assurance,
and hospitality certifications across the motorsport value chain—from race circuits and
hospitality providers to racing teams and suppliers.
This initiative aligns A CERT’s capabilities with the growing demand for credible ESG
accountability, ethical supply chain standards, and high-quality operational practices within
Formula 1, WRC, MotoGP, Formula E, and related motorsport sectors.

A CERT Motorsport Certification Initiative (2025–2030)
Why entrust A CERT with such responsibility?

In today’s climate-conscious and health-aware society, individuals are increasingly selective
about what they consume, how products are sourced, and how their activities impact the
environment. This growing awareness extends to all aspects of the motorsport experience —
particularly within premium hospitality environments like the Paddock Club (in Formula events),
where high expectations around safety, sustainability, and quality are the norm.
By engaging A CERT to certify key elements such as organic, GMO-free food sourcing and
sustainability practices related to hospitality and event operations, motorsports can offer a
seamless, worry-free experience to guests. Attendees will have the confidence that the food
they consume and the services they enjoy meet the highest international standards for safety,
environmental responsibility, and ethical sourcing.
This assurance becomes a marketable asset:

• Guests will be more inclined to invest in higher-tier tickets, knowing their experience
aligns with their health, lifestyle, and environmental values.

• Organizers and sponsors can highlight certified sustainability and food safety as part of
their brand narrative.

Our Mission:
“To provide credible, internationally recognized certifications that elevate sustainability, quality,
safety, and social responsibility across the motorsport industry—helping teams, suppliers,
venues, and events meet regulatory, environmental, and ethical standards while enhancing
performance, credibility, and fan trust.”
