The recognition includes the following product categories:
- Category A: Unprocessed plant products
- Category B: Live animals or unprocessed animal products
- Category C: Unprocessed aquaculture products and algae
- Category D: Processed agricultural products for use as food
- Category E: Processed agricultural products to use as feed
- Exceptions: In-conversion products and products covered by Annex III.
